Free Mini Facial at Origins

Not too many specific details, but Origins is doing free mini facials.  Click here to see some vague information about what you're getting, and click here to see the locations in Los Angeles.  It seems to suggest you need to make an appointment, but it might be fine to walk in.  It doesn't say, but keep in mind this might be only for their retail locations and not the ones inside Macy's.  Enjoy!

John Frieda Salon Tour 2010 = Free Styling Session

Nicole by Opi Nail Polish Giveaway starting 5/25

Seventeen Magazine will be giving away free Nicole by OPI nail polish at Ulta Locations starting May 25th and going until June 28th, or until supplies last.  You can bring in the coupon on page 24 of the June/July issue or go to here to print out a coupon (as of 5/16 the link isn't up yet).  It seems like it varies how strict they are on these, but here's the fine print: Must be female, between the ages of 13 and 29, and a legal resident of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, or Canada. Most days you probably wake up not quite knowing whether or not the day is going to be good or bad. But...today is not just any typical day full of the potential to be good or bad. Today is a good day thanks to Ben & Jerry's free cone day (well, more like half day since it's from 12pm-8pm). Second only to customer appreciation day at 21 Choices, this is a magical day of free ice cream, limited only by the distance you're willing to drive to get more free ice cream (guess what I'm having for lunch and dinner today).

Got my free Mango Pinkberry

Woohoo, got my free mango froyo from Pinkberry tonight. They said we could get mango or mango swirl, which is half mango, half original plus two toppings. I chose strawberry and mango as suggested on the regular mango yogurt. It was pretty tasty, but I almost would've preferred to have it plain and not had the fruit on top.

Free Lancome Juicy Tube from Nordstrom

Starting yesterday, March 9th until April 12th, or until supplies last, print out the homepage of Seventeen Magazine to get a free Lancome Juicy Tube from Nordstrom.  Some stores are a little resistant since you can also bring in the actual magazine to get it, but the official rules say either work.  I printed out the first page of the homepage on one side and the first page of the official rules on the other so if they say you need the actual magazine you can show them in the rules that it says the Seventeen homepage works.  Being the juicy tube addict I am, I went to the four closest Nordstroms and got all four that they offer.  Apparently these "Spring Shower" colors are special editions that aren't even for sale.  The four are called Rain Boots (pink), Umbrella Daze (dark pink/red sparkly), Let It Rain (dark purpley red), Over the Rainbow (clear with bluish sparkles).  These are the full size, $18 ones, not the smaller sample ones that they sometimes put in kits.  My pictures came out a little darker than they are in real life, but you get the idea.

Curiouser and Curiouser: Alice in Wonderland exhibit
